As all items are handmade and made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Each piece is carefully created specifically for the customer, and for this reason orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
If you experience an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help. In some cases, minor alterations may be offered; however, this is handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
